• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google.
• Meeting content — audio, transcripts, and the structured briefs (tasks, decisions, supplier mentions) generated from meetings you record with the Service.
• Calendar data — when you connect your calendar, event details we use to schedule the notetaker.
• Usage data — product analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the Service.

How we use information

• To provide transcription, meeting summaries, and follow-up drafts.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account and important changes.
• To meet legal and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your meeting content to train third-party models.

Sub-processors

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the Service, including cloud meeting-bot providers (to join and record calls), speech-to-text and language-model providers (to transcribe and summarise), email delivery, and analytics. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.

Data retention

We retain meeting content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual meetings at any time, and we delete your data within a reasonable period after account closure, subject to legal requirements.

Your rights

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
